Meals Should Not Eat:

Yes sweetheart we have some limitations about our eating program :)) Please be honest and keep up with the schedule.

  • Pizza ( Except Yours 😉 )
  • Hamburger ( Except Mine 😀 )
  • Wrap
  • Meal contains bread
  • Package meals (Pre Processed)
  • Fast food / Junk food (General)
  • Borek / pogaca and other traditional bakery stuff.

Desserts Should Not Eat:

  • Chocolate (Allowed only 2pc [Approx 15gr] per day)
  • Cake (Except home made / Just one peace per day)
  • Desserts contains syrup
  • Ice cream (Except milky one)
  • Milky desserts (Except trilice)

Prohibited Drinks:

  • Alcohol
  • Fizzy drinks (Except Coke)
  • Coffe kinds
  • Drinks contains sugar (General)

  • Salad (With tuna / chicken / cheese / anything contains protein)
  • Yogurt (With oat / fruit / honey)
  • Pasta (With tuna / chicken / cheese / vagetables / mince)

  • Soup (Except creamy ones)
  • Boulgur pilaf (With tuna / chicken / cheese / vegatables / yogurt)
  • Mung beans

Combined Meals (Two or more)

  • Standard salat with season vegatables
